All cremations carried out in Aureola are individual. We adapt the service according to the client's needs. All of our services aim to provide peace of mind and transparency to families. These are divided into 5 sections.

Standard Service: Your pet is picked up at your home or vet, it is taken to our crematorium and its cremation is scheduled. An attempt will always be made to schedule as soon as possible with a maximum of 5 business days for delivery, which will depend on the weekly demand for the service. But don't worry, your body will be treated with the utmost respect and the natural process of your body through cold chambers will be completely stopped. At the time of starting the cremation, a video will be filmed as a protocol, to support the entry of all the pets in Aureola, the video is absolutely optional for the client but mandatory for our operations and support. Once the cremation is done, your ashes will be sealed in a bag and placed inside an amphora. We have beautiful clay and clay models that are included in the service and we also give you the option of purchasing amphorae made of other materials, such as bronze, wood or ceramic.

Express Service: It is a priority service, the client decides to skip the waiting list of 5 business days, then the removal of your pet is made at your home or vet, it is taken to our crematorium and its priority cremation is scheduled. The express service has 48 business hours for the delivery of your pet's ashes at the latest. At the time of starting the cremation, a video will be filmed as a protocol, to support the entry of all the pets in Aureola, the video is absolutely optional for the client but mandatory for our operations and support. Once the cremation is done, your ashes will be sealed in a bag and placed inside an amphora. We have beautiful clay and clay models that are included in the service and we also give you the option of purchasing amphorae made of other materials, such as bronze, wood or ceramic. Being a faster service, it is important that you coordinate everything very well with your assigned executive.

In-person Service: It is a ceremony where you can come to our facilities with a maximum capacity of 6 people to say goodbye to your pet and witness the entire cremation process. The waiting time will always depend on the size of your pet, but it averages 1 hour. Once the cremation is finished, we carry out the joint amphora and the amphorita is taken back to your house at the moment. This service was born with the aim of delivering the greatest peace of mind and transparency in the service.

Sale of amphoras: We have a varied catalog of amphoras where you can choose the new house to remember your pet immortalized for eternity.

Euthanasia: We have an agreement with Movet and their services are aimed at caring for your pet in a friendly and stress-free environment. It is also important to note that all their veterinarians are from the University of Chile with a mandatory postgraduate specialization in small animals. It is important to note that before carrying out a Euthanasia, an evaluation of the situation in which your pet is found must be carried out. Euthanasia can only be accessed if the veterinarian assesses that it is pertinent to carry out the procedure.
