The removal of your pet is made at your home or vet, it is taken to our crematorium and its cremation is scheduled. An attempt will always be made to schedule as soon as possible with a maximum of 5 business days for delivery, which will depend on the weekly demand for the service. At the time of starting the cremation, a video will be filmed as a protocol, to support the entry of all the pets in Aureola, the video is absolutely optional for the client but mandatory for our operations and support. Once the cremation is done, your ashes will be sealed in a bag and placed inside an amphora. We have beautiful clay and clay models that are included in the service and we also give you the option of purchasing amphorae made of other materials, such as bronze, wood or ceramic.
